I have over a decade of experience in the Recruitment world. My path has been diverse giving me experiences in various areas of recruitment, including Tech, Life Sciences, Product, Data, HR and Marketing.
Today, as a Director at SBG, I work with amazing colleagues; together we are serving as a trusted partner & supplier to multiple leading and start-up companies across Europe.

As a Recruitment Lead here at SBG my focus is supporting the DACH team and connecting IT professionals with the most exciting companies across Europe.
During my experience in the recruitment industry, I have developed a keen eye for identifying candidates within the Tech and Product sectors from diverse backgrounds and ensured that they are given equal opportunities. As well as supporting clients with developing their DEI strategies.
I believe that diversity is not just a buzzword, but a powerful driver of innovation, creativity, and growth in any company so I am committed to making a positive impact, not only in the workplace, but in society as a whole.
